Terms of Service
Effective June 28, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Clip3s ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Clip3s Does
Clip3s allows you to extract short clips from public YouTube channels, stitch a custom CTA video onto each clip, and bulk-schedule the resulting videos to social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts) via Postiz.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Scrape or redistribute content you do not have rights to use commercially
- Use the Service to infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Upload or schedule content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates platform terms of the destination social network
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service in any way that violates YouTube's Terms of Service or API policies
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any content you process through Clip3s, including scraped clips and your own CTA videos.
4. Accounts
You sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@statsible.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Clip3s offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on the stated billing cycle.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
6. Third-Party Services
Clip3s integrates with YouTube (for scraping), Postiz (for scheduling), and social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for any changes to third-party APIs that affect the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
Clip3s and its original content, features, and code are the property of the operator. You retain ownership of your CTA videos and any original content you upload. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that scraped content will always be accessible.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clip3s shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or platform suspensions resulting from your posted content.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
